An Easy Turkey PieNot much to this one. Start with the recipe for Use It Up Quiche, but leave out the 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella and instead of the 1/2 cup of diced sausage, use 1 full cup of cooked turkey chunks. It took about an hour before it was a perfect golden brown, instead of the 40 minutes that I recorded for the previous experiment, but it was worth the wait if you like a turkey pie.
