Welcome to my cookbook, which is a collection of recipes scribbled on 3x5 cards, torn out of magazines, or (since the early 1990s) printed out on computer paper. It's time to get these unruly recipes whipped into shape. I have given credit wherever I can, but I don't know the origin of all of these recipes. diamond chocolate martini
Based on a recipe from the Three Olives Vodka folks that I was served in a casino in Atlantic City. Unfortunately, the last couple of times I was there, they made a different chocolate martini, and I like this one better, so...
Ingredients:
2 parts CLEAR vanilla vodka
1 part CLEAR chocolate vodka
1/2 part CLEAR creme de cacao
Shake it with ice cubes and strain. A beautiful crystal clear martini but watch out. It packs a punch. You might not need more than one.
