Welcome to my cookbook, which is a collection of recipes scribbled on 3x5 cards, torn out of magazines, or (since the early 1990s) printed out on computer paper. espresso martini

Hmm. Inspired by a close-out bottle of Van Gogh Espresso Vodka and a serendipitous gift of Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur. It has no place in a valid low carb diet.

Ingredients:

  • 1 part Espresso Vodka
  • 2 parts Godiva White Chocolate

A bit like one of those foofy chocolate coffees. Only it's alcohol. Tee hee.
