A Fat-Free Italian Dressing
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened apple juice
- 1/2 ts. oregano
- 1/2 ts. dry mustard
- 1/2 ts. onion powder
- 1/2 ts. garlic powder
- 1/2 ts. paprika
- 1/2 ts. thyme
- 1/2 ts. rosemary
Combine in blender. Chill overnight, and it would be even better if it were chilled for 2 days.
