crustless low carb onion pieServes 2 Ingredients:
Preheat oven to 375. Melt butter and saute the onion rings until they are very soft and golden. A little hint of brown would not even be bad. Beat eggs with milk. Add salt, pepper, sugar. Grease a pie pan and put the onions into the pan. Pour the egg over it. Now turn oven down to 355 and bake for 20 minutes. Add a layer of the cheese of your choice and bake 10 minutes longer. Do knife test to be sure the "pie" or omelet is done. Serve hot out of the oven.
