Welcome to my cookbook, which is a collection of recipes scribbled on 3x5 cards, torn out of magazines, or (since the early 1990s) printed out on computer paper. It's time to get these unruly recipes whipped into shape. I have given credit wherever I can, but I don't know the origin of all of these recipes. easy pork ribs

Not much to this one. I got four pounds of ribs on sale and put them in the big crockpot on low with a can of beer. A short while before dinner, I pre-heated the oven to 350 degrees F. and brushed each rib thinly with barbecue sauce before I baked it 10 minutes on each side.
